1. Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the booking by phone or email. If the reservation is not cancelled or cancelled thereafter, we will charge the full booking amount.
2. Please arrive 15 minutes before the reservation starts. We reserve the right to resell pre-booked gaming spaces if you have not arrived 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
3. Corporate and private events must be cancelled 5 days prior to the booking date. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the reservation, we will charge 50% of the booking amount. For cancellations on the same day or failure to show up, we will charge the full booking amount.
4. Birthday party bookings must be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the event, we will charge 50% of the booking amount. For cancellations on the same day or failure to show up, we will charge the full booking amount.
These cancellation terms generally apply to all bookings. We reserve the right to tighten cancellation terms for larger bookings.
5. Our general age recommendation for VR-gaming is from 7 years and up.
6. We reserve the right to immediately remove individuals who behave inappropriately or are clearly intoxicated from our premises. In such cases, we will also charge the full booking price. There will be no refunds in case of removal.
7. Gift and series cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used by the expiration date. Gift and series cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
8. Cultural benefits are personal. With cultural benefits, you can only pay for your own game station. You can purchase a gift or series card only for personal use.

1. Always follow the instructions of the staff and ask for assistance when needed.
2. Handle the equipment with care; deliberate or unnecessary force that leads to equipment damage is the responsibility of the user. Pikseli Arcade reserves the right to claim compensation in such situations.
3. Less than 1% of users may experience dizziness, nausea, or headaches with virtual reality glasses. In these cases, remove the glasses immediately. Pikseli Arcade is not liable for any psychological or physical damage resulting from the use of equipment and games.
4. In the virtual world, you do not see the real environment. Follow the boundaries of the game area visible through the virtual reality glasses. Do not exceed these boundaries. Remember that in games, you cannot actually sit, lean, or place controllers on surfaces like tables.
5. When someone else is using the equipment, please allow them to play undisturbed. As a user of the equipment, you are responsible for any damage to the hardware caused by deliberate misuse, unnecessary force, or negligence towards these guidelines.
